A district in south-east Birmingham, West Midlands. It developed as a settlement in what was originally part of the parish of Yardley. The area centers around a roundabout where the Warwick Road meets Shirley and Westley Roads.

😄 Why It's Funny

The modern interpretation makes it sound like a sexually suggestive phrase ('a cock's green'). The name appears on multiple lists of funny British place names due to this double entendre, even though it's simply a possessive form of the family surname Acock.
